The activation, enrollment, and engagement work on Omada's cardiometabolic GLP-1 program drove 1.7× the weight loss.

I joined Omada in 2021 as Product Manager for the Cardiometabolic team. The work covered Launchpad, the personalized onboarding experience that adapted the program to each member's starting state and goals; the Pepsi weight-management track, built in collaboration with the client to fit their employee population; an MSK integration that brought musculoskeletal care into the cardiometabolic program; and the accessibility work that brought the app up to standard, opening the program to members who couldn't use it before.

Each piece moved the same lever: get more members past the points where they typically drop out, and keep them engaged through the program where the 1.7× outcome shows up.
