Flow Integrative is a turnkey ketamine IV therapy system licensed to clinics that keep their own brand. Operators get the clinical protocols, screening and safety workflows, infusion session structure, and operations playbook, without giving up their own identity to a franchise relationship.

I came on as Strategy & Product on contract in 2025. The work was to design the licensing structure and the operational system that ships with it: the patient screening protocol, the adverse event pathway, the infusion session workflow, and the legal framework that lets a clinic offer ketamine therapy under their own brand.

The system I designed shortened the time from contract sign to first treated patient, which made onboarding new clinics meaningfully faster.
